"Lost in the Humming Air"

                  The air is hot and still. In the distance the black, volcanic hills are starting
                  to glow in the reflective light of the setting sun. I'm at a rest stop on the
                  island of Lanzarote - "Fire Island" - returning from a visit to the "Fundacion
                  Cesar Manrique in Tahiche, back to the south of the island to reflect on this
